Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. During busy seasons or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. 

  • Estimated delivery times vary by destination but are typically 3-10 days within Canada. 

Returns & Exchanges

  • We gladly accept returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to process your request.

  • If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Rates & Locations

  • We currently ship within Canada and hope to return to serving our USA customers in the near future.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size and desired delivery times.

  • Shipping options within Canada are as follows:

  • Canada Post Flat Rate Box - Trackable

  • 5 - 7 business days, CAD $20.00

  • Canada Post Small Packet - not trackable

  • 5 - business 10 days, CAD $5.00

  • Free shipping on orders $100 or more
